Director.
Mike has spent 30 years in construction working his way through many facets of the industry including; Education, High Rise, Healthcare & Social Housing. Mike has specialized in Design Management for over 20 years he is a very client focused individual who has a passion for project co-ordination and success first time round.
Joanne Nevitt
Director.
Joanne transitioned into running her own construction sub-contractor working on various types of projects, with this experience she has now taken up a new senior role of finance and professional business management. She is well-organised with a focus on customer satisfaction, liaises with clients and developers to ensure proficient communication by all parties and issues monthly reports.
David Speake
Clerk Of Works.
David began his career at BAM construction as a site manager. Being a very pragmatic thinker on site, he soon went through the ranks within BAM becoming a project manager on a number of schemes. Dave always has a passion for detail in both design, on site thus deciding to become a qualified Clerk of Works; carrying out inspections for Vista on site and ensuring the schemes are built as per the design and to high quality standards.
Abigail Aitken
Associate Principal Designer.
Leveraging background in recruitment and talent acquisition, Abi has seamlessly transitioned into project management and principal designer within the construction industry. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and strategic planning has provided a strong foundation for managing cost plans, design programmes, and modern construction methods.
Jacob Nevitt
Trainee Design Manager.
Jacob was a hard working student at school and college. He studied T-Level course in construction. Jacob is a dynamic and highly capable young man who will be a highly skilled professional in the industry. He is passionate about creating impactful visual solutions and contributing to innovative projects along with committed to leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes ensure efficient, compliant and sustainable processes.
Peter Marner
Planner/Delay Analyst.
Peter is a well respected Planner & Delay Analyst whom has worked both domestically and internationally with great degrees of success within forensic delay analysis and construction claims defense. Peter's expertise allow us to bring a 4D design solution if required to give a greater understanding of a given scheme.
